Anthony R. Audia, 40, of Bull Road, Harwinton, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 7:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

Nov. 1

Siobhan Elizabeth Dale, 29, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to display lights, and improper stop/turn at a signal at 5:10 p.m.
