April Art Exhibit at Simsbury Public Library, Artist Live Demo
The Friends of the Simsbury Public Library sponsor the monthly Art Exhibits. Don't miss the live artist demo on 4/27.
There will be a live demo by artist, Mike Laiuppa in the library’s upper level Innovators’ Workshop Makerspace on Sunday, April 27 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.
Mike is a Connecticut born and based artist who specializes in human and animal portraiture as well as still life. He actively teaches artist workshops and his work has been awarded throughout the Northeast.
“I’ve been a teacher of many things for most of my life and being able to share my knowledge with people who are on a similar journey gives me such purpose. Making connection through art is a purpose, but helping others to learn to create their own connections is a stronger one,” Mr. Laiuppa states.
