Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove PA

• Talia Basch was appointed as a student representative to the Susquehanna University Board of Trustees. Basch is a junior strategic communications major with an emphasis in public relations. She is president of Hillel at Susquehanna where she organizes and leads events for Jewish holidays as well as other outreach to students. She is also vice president for public relations as a member of Kappa Delta sorority. She was chosen to participate in a seven-day intensive LeaderShape Institute, which focused on leading with integrity, vision planning and cultivating relationships. Basch has also been a DJ with the WQSU campus radio station, and is an admission office Student Ambassador, leading tours for prospective students and families. Basch is a 2015 graduate of The Ethel Walker School and the daughter of Alan and Clarissa Basch of Simsbury.
