Arrests for the Week of April 20-26

On April 21, Lee S. Williams, 49, of 24 Woodland St., Simsbury, was arrested near Hopmeadow Street and Mall Way on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, having no insurance and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of May 4 set.

On April 22, Jessica E. Barboza, 29, of 2 Saint John’s Pl., Simsbury, was arrested at 2 Saint John’s Place on charges of disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of April 25 set.

On April 23, Zachary T. Morawski, 25, of 6 Victoria Lane, Simsbury, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. A court date of April 25 was set.

On April 24, David M. Oshea, 24, of 20 Simsbury Manor Dr., Simsbury, was arrested on charges of charges of possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and failure to wear a seatbelt. A court date of May 5 was set.

On April 25, David P. Bourne, 29, of 65 Mill St., West Hartland, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of April 26 was set.
