Arrests for the Week of Dec. 14-20

Lloyd D. Shepard, 36, 15 Hitchcock Circle, Simsbury, was arrested at 933 Hopmeadow Street on Dec. 15 on charges of risk of injury to a minor, and second-degree breach of peace. The bond was set at $1,000 and a court date was set for Dec. 16. 

Silvia Dasilva, 35, 408 Park Rd., West Hartford, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, having no insurance and operating a motor vehicle without a license. The court date was set for Jan. 12.

Geoffrey R. Bahre, 28, 173 Brookfield Ln., Agawam, Mass., was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of having weapons in a motor vehicle. The bond was set at $500 and a court date was set for Jan. 13. 

Conor James Foley, 22, 76 Hartford Rd., Simsbury, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and having no insurance. His court date was set for Jan. 12.

Rebecca V. Block, 36, 16 Tuller Circle, Simsbury, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked and traveling unreasonably fast. Her court date is Jan. 12. 

Melissa Y. Durham, 28, 54 Alden St., Apt. 101, Hartford, was arrested Dec. 17 on charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked, and failure to obey a control signal. A court date of Jan. 12 was set.

Stephen Stewart Hillios, 19, 36 Kirkland St., Agawam, Mass., was arrested on Dec. 17 near the intersection of Hopmeadow Street and Tariffville Road on charges of failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less  than 4 ounces of marijuana. His bond was set at $500 and his court date for Jan. 13.

Gerald Alan Hodgkiss, 44, 228 Duncaster Rd., Bloomfield, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with an unsecured load and operating a motor vehicle without a license. His bond was set at $500 and his court date was set for Jan. 12.

On Dec. 19, Erica Lynn Cross, 21, 9 Pattison Court, Simsbury, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell, and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. A court date was set for Jan. 13, 2011.

On Dec. 20, Patrick L. Briggs, 19, 40 Elaine Dr., Simsbury, was arrested near Hopmeadow Street and Tariffville Rd., on charges of failure to have tail lamps, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. A court date for Jan. 13 was set.
