Arrests for the Week of Dec. 14-20, 2011

The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On December 8, Magdalena Klecha, 30, of 41 Oak Rd., Burlington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, having no insurance, failure to obey a stop sign and number of headlamps. A court date of December 21 was set.

On December 13, Patrick J. Oates, 37, of 716 Long Hill Rd., Middletown, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked. A court date of January 4, 2012 was set.

On December 13, Rebecca V. Block, 37, of 16 Tuller Cir., Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked. A court date of January 4, 2012 was set.

On December 16, Nelson Frutuoso, 38, of 9 Sycamore Ln., Avon, was charged with number of headlamps and operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked. A court date of January 4, 2012 was set.

On December 17, Reid E. Killelea, 57, of 16 Pilgrim Dr., Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and making a restricted turn/failure to signal. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 4, 2012 was set.

On December 17, Barbara Kellems, 26, of 101 Melrose St., Bristol, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and traveling too fast for conditions. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 4, 2012 was set.

On December 18, Michael Pancheri, 32, of 45 Dry Bridge Rd., Canton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without carrying a license, two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked, improper rear lamps and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. Total bond was set at $8,000 and a court date of December 19 was set.
