Arrests for the Week of July 6-12
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On July 6, Kevin W. Chamberlain, 40, of 528 Ellis St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree identity theft. Bond was set at $2,500 and court date of July 21 was set.
On July 11, Justin Martin-Oliver Tuller, 23, of P.O. Box 35, West Simsbury, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree reckless endangerment. A court date of July 12 was set.
On July 12, Douglas Arden Monroe, 47, of 29 Windham Dr., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of July 12 was set.

On July 12, Connor J. Martinez, 18, of 17 Hayes Rd., Tariffville, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of July 13 was set.
