Arrests for the Week of Oct. 12-18
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On October 12, Steven James Backiel, 21, of 7 Huckleberry Ln., West Simsbury, was charged disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Oct. 13 was set.
On October 12, Eric D. Clendenin, 28, of 385 South Ln., Granville, MA, was charged with driving to endanger, restricted turns and failing to use signal, operating a motor vehicle without carrying a license, failure to have headlights lit, and improper use of high beams. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of Oct. 26 was set.
On October 12, Jennifer Eleanor Light, 25, of 6 Deepwood Rd., Simsbury, was charged with first-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Oct.13 was set.
