Arrests for the Week of September 7-13
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On September 2, Barry McGuiness, 52, of 10 Senator Dr., Cromwell, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of September 14 was set.
On September 4, Kirk J. Wrenn, 24, of 45 Abbey Ct., Cheshire, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and evading responsibility with minor injury or property damage. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of September 14 was set.
On September 8, Brandon Douglas Sigmon, 25, of 7 Main St. Ext., Tariffville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked and having no insurance. A court date of September 21 was set.

On September 10, Michael Turner, 44, of 252 Farms Village Rd., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct. A court date of September 12 was set.
On September 11, Ryan P. Martin, 22, of 35 Oakwood Dr., Granby, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle with out a state license beyond 30 days. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of September 21 was set.

On September 11, Christopher Linn Taylor, 30, of 46 Massaco St., Simsbury, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear, second-degree failure to appear and first-degree forgery. Bond for all charges was $20,000 and a court date of Sept. 12 was set for all charges.
On September 12, Richard James Farrell, 38, of 19 Mountain View Rd., Weatogue, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree unlawful restraint. A bond of $2,500 was set and a court date of September 13 was set.
