Book-Loving Bicyclist Sought At Simsbury Library
The part-time position involves promoting the library's summer reading program via a portable library pulled by a bicycle.

SIMSBURY, CT — The Simsbury Public Library has one of the more unique temporary summer job openings around, one that combines bicycling with books.
The library is looking for a part-time "Book Bike Summer Intern" to spread the joy of reading to children throughout town.

According to the Town of Simsbury, the person hired will ride an electronic book bike to various locations in town promoting both the library and the library's summer reading program.
The job included some weekday hours from June 3 to Aug. 16.

Interested? Submit an application at www.simsbury-ct.gov/jobs by May 24. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree. The pay rate is $18/hour.
