Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its spring 2019 Dean's List for full-time and part-time students. Honorees from Simsbury are Madison Bailey, who majors in Early Childhood Education and Theatre; Kierra Mahon, who majors in Early Childhood Education and Psychology; Danielle Romanelli, who majors in Psychology; Olivia Rovalino, who majors in Health Sciences; and Daniel Straughn, who majors in Physical Education. To be eligible for the Dean's List, students must be in good academic standing and obtain a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta GA

• Matthew Krajewski of Simsbury earned the distinction of Faculty Honors for spring 2019 at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 4.0 academic average for the semester.

Goodwin College, East Hartford CT

• Natalie Mellish-Konzack and Holly Savage, both of Simsbury, earned a place on Goodwin College's President's List for the spring 2019 session. The list includes 353 students, all of whom scored a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Muhlenberg College, Allentown PA

• Muhlenberg College celebrated its 171st Commencement on May 19, 2019. During the ceremony, which was held on the College Green, 502 students were awarded their undergraduate degrees. Anna Ricciuti of West Simsbury graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and a minor in Sociology.

University of Dayton, Dayton OH

• Simsbury resident Sophia Schwager earned a spot on the University of Dayton's spring 2019 dean's list, which honors undergraduate students achieving a minimum 3.5 GPA for the semester.

University of Hartford, West Hartford CT
