Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison NJ

• Theone Kardos of Simsbury, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Florham Campus, located in Madison, NJ, has graduated with a BA in Communication Studies as of May 2018.

St. Lawrence University, Canton NY

• Morgan E. Ryan of West Simsbury has been selected for membership in the St. Lawrence University chapter of Pi Mu Epsilon, the national mathematics honorary society. Ryan is a member of the Class of 2020 and is majoring in statistics. Ryan attended Simsbury High School. Membership eligibility for Pi Mu Epsilon varies by class year, but all students must have taken a qualifying number of mathematics courses and have achieved minimum grade-point averages in those courses, as well as overall, depending upon one's seniority.
