"Carousel" Performances This Week!

Tickets for Simsbury Summer Theatre’s 49th production, the beloved Rodgers and Hammerstein musical “Carousel,” are on sale in the lobby of Centennial Theater July 29 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and before each show performance from 5:30 p.m. to curtain at 7 p.m. Show dates: July 30 and 31, August 1 and 2.
The show, which features a hand-built working carousel and wonderful singing, spectacular dancing and a heart-warming storyline, is one of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s favorite shows. Songs include “June is Bustin’ Out All Over,” “If I Loved You,” “Mr. Snow,” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone.” Cast and crew members include residents of Simsbury, Avon, Granby, North Granby, Winsted and Westfield, MA.
