
Simsbury Chamber member, Trish Thomas, owner of The Resume Resource, presents a $100 grant to Jakob Gattinger, SHS Student and Future Business Leaders of American (FBLA) National Treasurer.
FBLA is a non-profit, co-educational organization preparing over 250,000 members nationwide for careers in business. Ms. Thomas' grant will enable the FBLA to implement national programs, which focus on recruiting new members and retaining old ones.

The local Simsbury FBLA meetings are held twice a month at the high school where students interact with the local business community helping students decide on plans for college and beyond.
