Decision Reached on Simsbury Public Schools for Monday

The Simsbury Public Schools will be closed Monday as a major winter storm is expected to dump between 6-12 inches of snow and ice.

After a quiet start to the winter, it’s certainly turned interesting after a major winter storm last week dropped between a foot and two feet of snow on the state.

The heaviest precipitation is forecast for early Monday and will continue into Monday evening.
