Touch of Fall Brightens Ribbon Cutting at King's Ridge Apartments

Members of the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce, local realtors and town selectman attended the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of King's Ridge Luxury Rental Residences.

Owner/builder Attorney John Ritson welcomed attendees and thanked the town's land use boards and commissions and town staff for their support of his project.

Deputy First Selectman Lisa Heavner and Selectman Nancy Haase congratulated Attorney Ritson for providing much needed apartment choices in Simsbury.

RE/Max Communities Charlie and Barbara Kaylor and Kris Barnett and Sheila Gschwind of Prudential CT Realty co-hosted the ceremony and provided tours of several apartments, two of which have already been leased.

King's Ridge is located at 144 Hopmeadow Street in the Weatogue section of town and is providing grand opening specials that include a one year free garage to the first 8 occupants who sign up by October 1.
