- Friday 9/14 6pm-9pm, drop in for a tour of our facility, enjoy wine & cheese, & enjoy the art opening of Suffield Artist Laurie Tavino. We are so happy that her gorgeous art will be on our walls through December!
- Saturday 9/15 9am-5pm we will have a day full of free Pilates & Yoga classes, lectures on various health-related topics, chair & Thai massage & healthy refreshments!
