The Amica Insurance Iron Horse Half Marathon is a scenic two-loop course which begins and ends in the center of Simsbury. Runners will enjoy the picturesque course along the Farmington River and the farmlands of Simsbury. The charming town center is loaded with quaint shops and wonderful restaurants.

Race Start is on Iron Horse Blvd. approximately 1/2 mile north of the intersection of Iron Horse and Drake Hill Road. Plan to arrive at least 60 minutes early – Iron Horse Boulevard will be shut to traffic at 6:45 a.m.
