Authentic Weight(Loss) is a program and philosophy of mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-love. It is based on the ideas that:
We are all emotional eaters.
Body image is subjective. You look different depending on the mirror. 
Feelings, both physical and emotional, are far more telling than a scale.
We are all beautiful.
We are all worthy.
Our bodies know what it best; we just need to learn how to listen.
Diets only work as food for our inner critic, not for our highest good.
