Book Talk by Stavely and Fitzgerald, "Northern Hospitality: Cooking by the Book in New England"

This lively illustrated talk will highlight the 300-year history of New England cooks and cookbooks, including a description of recipes as cooked by the authors, and a chance to sample a 1796 “plumb cake.”  Book sales and signing after the talk.
