FREE event for children in grades K-6, sponsored by Simsbury Police Department. Staff from The Bicycle Cellar will check bicycles and helmets for size and safety. Riders can test agility, balance and braking skills on obstacle course. Police will register bicycles (Simsbury residents only) and discuss bike safety.
