To give students a leg up in today’s highly competitive college admissions market, The Simsbury Public Library is partnering with Kaplan Test Prep, the nation’s oldest and largest provider of test preparation and admissions services, to offer a free practice ACT/SAT combined test for area high school students. Students will have the opportunity to sample the tests, gauge their strengths and weaknesses and practice taking the test under timed conditions that simulate the actual testing environment. Students will receive detailed feedback on their performance, including an analysis of their strengths and weaknesses during a Results Give Back event to be held on Tuesday, March 13th at 7 pm in the Library. Pre-registration for this free practice test is required as seating is limited. Open to all.
