Introduction to Word: Create an Invitation Card Using Word

This is the perfect introductory class if you have never used Word or if you really want to be ‘in control of the machine’ when using Word. We will learn how to correct typos, copy and paste text. We will create a simple invitation card, change the size and colors of the letters, center text, apply some other formatting and save it. Prerequisites: Basic typing and mouse skills. This is the recommended class for beginners and those who are trying to 'get along' better with computers. Manchester Community College professor and consultant Diana Lemcoff will be your instructor. Pre-requisites: You must have basic Word skills. Space is limited; you must pre-register for this class.
