Picasa - Editing Your Photos

Picasa is a free program that lets you organize and edit your photographs. In this class you will learn to edit your photos, improve color and contrast, and eliminate red eyes, as well as apply special effects. We will create photo slide shows to share with your family and friends, collages, and your own screen savers. We will work with photos provided by the teacher. Manchester Community College professor and consultant Diana Lemcoff will be the instructor. Pre-requisites: Attendees should have basic Windows knowledge and know how to download pictures from a digital camera to a computer. They should also know how to organize pictures in Picasa. To use Picasa Web Albums, you need a Gmail account (mail.google.com). Please create it if you do not have one (do not forget your password!). Space is limited; you must pre-register for this class.
