Picasa – Organizing and Editing Your Digital Photos

Now that you have hundreds, maybe thousands of digital photos, how do you organize them and group them by subject? You will learn how to use this free program, Picasa, to easily create albums of your favorite photos - even those that you’ve taken at different places and times. Learn how to edit your photos, improve color, contrast, and eliminate red eyes. Create photo slide shows to share with your family and friends. Create collages, and your own screen savers. Manchester Community College professor and consultant Diana Lemcoff will be your instructor. Prerequisites: Attendees should have basic Windows knowledge and know how to download pictures from a digital camera to a computer. To upload photos to the Internet, you need a G-mail account. If you do not have one already, create one at mail.google.com. Space is limited; you must pre-register for this class.
