On Wednesday, August 08, 2012 from 6:30pm-8:30pm in the Eno Hall Auditorium there will be a Self Defense Clinic for Women taught by Black Belt Jukido instructors Mark and Michael Goldfarb from the Simsbury Jukido Jujitsu Dojo. They will teach and demonstrate basic self-defense techniques that can be used to protect oneself in certain situations such as bullying at school or work. The goal is to have the student walk away with the knowledge and confidence to perform several core techniques while learning in a safe and fun environment.
