Simsbury High School presents one of America’s most popular musicals, “West Side Story,” opening Friday, Feb. 3, with the first of six performances.
An all-student cast will perform the award-winning production over consecutive weekends – Feb. 3-5 and Feb. 10-12 -- in the school's auditorium at 34 Farms Village Road in Simsbury. The Friday and Saturday performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m., while the Sunday shows will begin at 2 p.m.
Tickets, which go on sale Jan. 9, are $12 for adults and $10 for students and seniors. Reservations can be made by going to the Music and Performing Arts department page on the school’s website (http://www.simsbury.k12.ct.us/page.cfm?p=1431). Tickets reserved in advance can be picked up at the door before the show.
