Simsbury Light Opera Company Holding Auditions for "Gilbert & Sullivan's H.M.S. Pinafore

We’re pleased to announce that chorus and principal audition dates for Sloco's 66th consecutive production will be September 18, 19 and 20, 2011 from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. at 5 Herman Drive, (Basingstoke), Simsbury CT. It is suggested you prepare a piece from Pinafore or other G&S operetta. You may, of course sing anything you wish. There will be a chorus workshop (at Basingstoke) on September 11 from 7:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m. for those wishing to learn the chorus audition music.

This is looking to be an exciting year. There are may wonderful roles and we need many sisters, cousins, aunts and sailors of all ages aboard. Tell your friends about it and bring them along and meet our new directors, Michael Ersevim and Howard Hirsch.
