The Cobb School, Montessori Open House

The Cobb School in Simsbury invites prospective parents to an Open House on Wednesday, December 7 at 9am.   

Whether you are beginning your search for a preschool or you are a seasoned parent of a school-aged child, The Cobb School welcomes you to attend. 

Tour the school’s beautiful classrooms, meet its highly trained faculty and learn about the Montessori philosophy.  Discover how a Montessori education supports the healthy and natural development of every child.  Find out how freedom and responsibility are balanced in a Montessori classroom and how movement  improves learning.  Listen to stories of cooperation and compassion fostered in mixed-aged classes and learn how Montessori not only provides time and room for play, but also guides a child toward meaningful work.
