Yoga for Tweens & Teens - Ages 10-16

Young adults will practice their yoga in a grown-up environment that is safe and supportive. In class, we begin with thoughtfully tuning in, followed by a mindful and playful practice.  Come practice yoga, learn and grow together with friends.

Yoga helps us:

  • Feel at home in our bodies
  • Move with a sense of awareness and heightened focus
  • Build self-confidence and the tools necessary to cope with stress
  • Enhance physical performance needed in all sports, dance and martial arts
