Farmington Valley Quilters Host Quilt Appraiser at Show
Sat, Sept 17, 10 am–5 pm & Sun, Sept 18, 10 am–4 pm at Kingswood Oxford School, 170 Kingswood Rd, West Hartford, CT, admission, $10.
Lois Palmer, an AQS Certified Quilt Appraiser, will be at the Farmington Valley Quilters’ Sew Beautiful quilt show. For $50, a written appraisal can be completed on newly made, art, vintage, and antique quilts for insurance or donation purposes. If an owner is only interested in learning more about the quilt (dating, pattern, no value), a verbal consult is available for $25. Lois will be at the appraisal table throughout the show.
The quilt show is Saturday, September 17, 2022, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday, September 18, 2022, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Kingswood Oxford School, 170 Kingswood Rd, West Hartford, CT. Admission to the show is $10.
