Michael Fleming of Simsbury knows how to avoid any traffic headaches on his wedding day! He and his groomsmen rode the Manhattan subway in style to his wedding ceremony at Fordham University in the Bronx, where he and Christine Ford were married on December 8, 2018. Michael and many of the groomsmen attended Simsbury High School and graduated in 2003.

Michael is the son of Simsbury residents Christine and James T. Fleming, the President of the Connecticut Automotive Retailers Association. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors for Simsbury Bank and as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Connecticut Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation. His previous public service includes serving 18 years as a member of the Connecticut General Assembly.
