Members of the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce, local community leaders, owners of Landworks Development and invited guests attended the ground breaking ceremony for MILL POND CROSSING on Wednesday, May 22nd at Mill Pond Lane behind the historic Mill at Hop Brook off West Street in Simsbury, CT. MILL POND CROSSING will consist of 20 tri-level townhomes with great views of the mill pond and gorge.
