HJMS Students Earn Scholastic Art Awards
Eight students selected; one earns special Best in Show Award for sculpture

A total of eight Henry James Memorial School (HJMS) students received awards during the Scholastic Art Awards competition, which is hosted by the Connecticut Art Education Association (CAEA) for students in grades 7-12 across the state of Connecticut. An awards ceremony will take place on January 28th at the University of Hartford, Lincoln Center.
There were 3 Gold, 3 Silver, and 2 Honorable Mention winners. Seventh grader Alex Talledo also won a special award of Best in Show for his sculpture.
