Horizon Blue is a quartet composed of Monique and Peter Hill, Mark Annulli and Rich Johnson. Between them, they entertain with vocals, guitar, mandolin, dulcimer, banjo, strum stick, dobro and bass. Horizon Blue’s music is best described as Contemporary Americana - a blend of folk, bluegrass, country, blues and rock. The band has shared the bill with a host of acoustic headliners and has played at a variety of venues over the years. Monique's songwriting credits include an international release in England, Japan and the Netherlands. She is the principal songwriter for Horizon Blue. Borders Books in Manchester writes, 'Monique's vocals have the grace and beauty of a bird in flight.' Currently Horizon Blue is recording a new CD release.
