June 1st Granby Guardians and Simsbury Presents A Night of Hope at Eno Memorial Hall - Benefits American Cancer Society

Granby Guardians Announces Harvey & Lewis Opticians as a major sponsor for a Night of Hope at Eno Memorial Hall June 1st.

On June 1st at Eno Memorial Hall in Simsbury, a concert to benefit the American Cancer SocietyThe Granby Guardians are Students from both Simsbury and Granby Memorial High School raising money for the American Cancer Society through their major fundraiser Relay For Life.

The Night of Hope will be a fun concert with two student groups from the team and the headliner being Simsbury's own Preiser and O'Brien Band. The doors will open at 6:30 pm, and the concert will run from 7-9 pm. Refreshments and concessions will be sold.

This is a dedicated team of Students with Parents and Friends who are supporters, caregivers and survivors of Cancer. When the team began they had One Survivor on the Team, Now there are 5.

Granby Guardians wants to thank all of their sponsors from both Granby and Simsbury who so generously donated prizes for their raffle and are supporting The Concert of Hope. The Granby Guardians will be selling #1500 tickets for 16 prizes worth over $2000.

Saving lives from cancer starts one team, one participant, one dollar at a time. The Relay for Life event is at Suffield Middle School on Saturday June 4th and Sunday Morning June 5th. The Raffle Tickets will be pulled at 9 am Sunday morning. Tickets will be available up to the drawing time on site at the Granby Guardians Tent. Throughout the month of May look for the Team selling tickets and fundraising at local grocery stores and at the concert June 1st.
