Over 100 Simsbury library patrons attended the free event sponsored by the Friends of the Simsbury Library

What better way to spend a rainy summer day than in the audience of the Simsbury Public Library’s August 11th event with Millwright’s Restaurant Owner/Chef Tyler Anderson and “The Art of Food Presentation”.

Over 100 friends of the Simsbury Library attended today’s event filling the room to capacity. Tyler spoke for over an hour on a chef’s consideration on a culinary creation touching on color, deconstruction, texture, hot vs cold, ease of eating and labor intensity.

With lots of fun anecdotes and stories of menu successes and failures, Tyler has a relaxed and easy way of connecting with the audience.
