Connecticut Magazine (connecticutmag.com) recently announced their “Top 25 Most Gorgeous & Delicious Outdoor Dining Spots in CT” counting Millwright’s Restaurant & 1680 Tavern on the list.

As noted in the article, Millwright’s Restaurant will be undergoing an additional renovation over the next several months as they construct a four-season porch overlooking the pond.

With large windows that open, diners will take pleasure in a dramatic view of the millpond while experiencing the feeling of outside dining.

Why wait for the new porch to experience Millwright’s menu? With fine dining, tavern fare and “L’il Wright’s” children’s menu there is a culinary experience for everyone.

Sign Up for “Lunch at The Loft”

On Tuesday, June 30, Millwright’s will be hosting “Lunch at the Loft”. Enjoy a three course lunch, nutritional presentation including Q&A with McLean’s nutritionist as well as preparation of the luncheon recipes by chef/owner Tyler Anderson in The Loft demo kitchen.

Cost is $40/per person (includes tax and tip). Each guest also receives a gift bag including luncheon recipes and farm market shopping tips. Program runs from 12p – 1:30p with The Loft open until 2p for informal networking.
