Silver Alert Canceled For Missing Cheshire Woman: UPDATE
A Silver Alert was issued for the woman on Wednesday night and she was spotted in Simsbury early Thursday morning.

CHESHIRE, CT — In a Thursday afternoon update, Cheshire Police have canceled the Silver Alert for Kelly Ann Effa, 52, who was reported missing on Wednesday night. Police said that she has been "located, in good health, and reconnected with her family."
"Our thanks to everyone for the calls and assistance," Cheshire Police said in the update.

CHESHIRE, CT — A woman who was reported missing from Cheshire on Wednesday night was spotted in Simsbury early Thursday morning, according to Cheshire Police. Investigators have determined that Kelly Ann Effa, 52, was in Simsbury, in the area of Hopmeadow Street, this morning at 5:30 a.m., according to police.
Police say they are continuing to investigate all leads. A Silver Alert was issued for Effa on Wednesday night after she was reported missing from Cheshire.

Effa is described by police as a white female with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a white tank top with a blue design and tan pants.
