Money Smart Week Puppet Show: Making Cents

A puppet show from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Simsbury Library for school-aged students (Grades K to 6) about handling money.

A little girl discovers that her dog has torn up her jump rope for the third time! In order to get a new jump rope, she will need to make money to buy one! With some help from friends, she finds a way to earn the money by creating her own business. And then, she wins the jump rope competition! The show, produced by Rolande Duprey and performed by Ms. Durprey and Purple Rock Productions, uses hand puppets with live actors. A family show for grade school students. Registration required at the Simsbury Public Library website. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
