Motorist Hospitalized Following Three-Vehicle Crash in Simsbury
The accident happened around 11 a.m. on Hopmeadow Street.

One person was hospitalized following a crash that involved three vehicles in Simsbury late Wednesday morning.
According to Capt. Nicholas Boulter, a motorist traveling north on Route 10 was struck by a vehicle pulling out from the Mobil gas station. The collision pushed the northbound car into the southbound lane, which was struck again by a southbound car.
One motorist was transported to an area hospital with possible injuries, Boulter said. It is unclear which person was hospitalized.

The accident remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed.
