Non-Scents Flowers is working with Integrated Refugee and Immigration Services in New Haven, and Catholic Charities in Hartford, sponsoring individuals and providing jobs for refugees who have been forced to leave their homes in war-torn areas of the world. This Halloween arrangement is a donation for CT Children's Medical Center Oncology ward. Happy Halloween
