Prostitution Arrest Made At Simsbury Massage Parlor

SIMSBURY, CT — A New York woman was arrested Tuesday following a multi-agency investigation into prostitution at a West Simsbury massage parlor.

The Simsbury Police Department had been investigating prostitution activity at Green Reflexology at 244 Farms Village Road. The Simsbury Detective and Patrol Divisions conducted surveillance and other investigatory methods since February to develop credible and reliable information, Lt. Fred Sifodaskalakis said.

With assistance from the Hartford Police Department, Connecticut State Police and the North Central Emergency Services Team, Simsbury police conducted an undercover operation in which Miae Park, 50, of Whitestone, N.Y. was arrested and charged with prostitution. She was held on a $5,000 bond, Sifodaskalakis said.

A search warrant was obtained and executed for the business and evidence was collected. Further investigation is currently being conducted by the Simsbury Police Department, Sifodaskalakis said.
