Join Chef Tyler Anderson of Millwright’s as he prepares a three-course lunch using corn, tomatoes and fresh seasonal herbs in the Loft’s demo kitchen while Sarah Leathers shares valuable nutritional details of key ingredients.

Sarah Leathers is a Senior Living Community Advisor at McLean and also a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with extensive knowledge in holistic, nutrition, health coaching and preventive health.

Guests will be served a delicious meal from recipes prepared in front of them with plenty of opportunity for questions and answers. Each guest will also leave with a gift bag with luncheon recipes, inspiration to prepare delicious, nutritious meals at home using fresh local ingredients and educational handouts on the history and identification of tomatoes and corn.

Enjoy a three course lunch with beverage, cooking demonstration, nutritional presentation with Q&A, recipes and handouts. Menu: corn soup, pickled tomatoes, herbs and lobster, dumplings, baby onion and tomato. The cost is $40 per person and includes tax and tip. Wine list is available for an additional cost.
