SIMSBURY, CT — Local officials have announced timelines and information regarding how Simsbury Democrats and Republicans can vote in the upcoming presidential primaries.

Simsbury officials have listed key dates regarding the primary timeline. They include:

Tuesday, March 12 - Absentee ballots are available. Applications are being accepted now.

• Early in-person voting will be available at Simsbury Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow St., in the main meeting room across from the town clerk on the following days: Tuesday, March 27, Wednesday, March 27, Thursday, March 28, and Saturday, March 30, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

• Tuesday, April 2, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., voting will take place at all four polling locations for the Democratic and Republican presidential primaries.

All prior Latimer School voters will still be using the front gym at Henry James Middle School.

Polling places are:

District 1: Henry James Memorial School, 155 Firetown Road

District 2: (Temporary) 2023-2024 Henry James Middle School front gym, 155 Firetown Road

District 3: Tootin' Hills School, 25 Nimrod Road

District 4: Tariffville School, 42 Winthrop St.
