Feb. 1

Deshawn Ramon Chandler, 24, of Elm Street, Simsbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft at 6:55 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 2.

Feb. 3

Cebron Rodney, 19, of Gillman Street, Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief at 2:05 p.m. He will appear in court March 7.

March 4

Jessica M. Thomas, 48, of Regency Drive, Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 4:51 a.m. She will appear in court March 7.

Feb. 5

Steven Glenn Howes, 46, of Canal Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 6.

Feb. 6

Gina Piscetello, 38, of Jodi Lane, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 7.

Ian L. Fredette, 36, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:57 p.m. He will appear in court March 7.
