Feb. 15

Jeffrey Barcelo Richardson, 32, of Murtha's Way, Granby, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to display lights at 1:30 a.m. He will appear in court March 13.

Feb. 16

Joanne Romitelli, 67, of Kettle Pond Lane, Granby, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 4:33 p.m. She will appear in court March 6.

Feb. 21

Gina V. Piscetello, 38, of Jodi Lane, Weatogue, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. She was to appear in court Feb. 22.
