Feb. 23

Anthony Joel Gonzalez, 24, of Judson Street, Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 5:40 p.m. He was to appear in court March 5.

Feb. 24

Luis Alejandro Rodriguez Vargas, 30, of Mahl Avenue, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:10 p.m. No court date was available.

Feb 26

Jose Sanchez, 31, of Clinic Drive, New Britain, was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order and two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing at 3:31 p.m. He will appear in court March 17.

March 1

Frederick Seidenberg, 76, of Old Canal Way, Weatogue (Simsbury), was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 26.
