Jose Martin Rosario, 29, of Henry Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 5:12 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 13.

Glenn Joseph Furst, 48, of Farmington Avenue, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:34 p.m. No court date was available.
