Feb. 9

Connor Franklin Poole, 23, of McKenney Circle, Andover, Mass., was charged with third-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; and second-degree criminal mischief at 6:09 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.

Elon Myles McGee, 24, of Rue Nicole, Barkhamsted, was charged with third-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; and second-degree criminal mischief at 6:12 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.

Feb. 11

Nusrettin Deli, 45, of Marshall Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree sexual assault and second-degree unlawful restraint at 7:39 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Feb. 15

Alsalh Alvarez, 28, of Genesee Avenue, Englewood, N.J., was charged with illegal taking of a payment card at 2:32 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.
